Sh. Akhil Khare,
(Chief Executive Officer and Director)
Sh. Akhil Khare has more than 35 years of experience in development and maintenance of Highways Infrastructure at different position in National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. He was holding the charge of Chief General Manager in NHAI and Chief Engineer in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, before taking over the charge of CEO in the NHIPMPL. He worked as the Head of Technical Division of NHAI and dealt with construction, operation and maintenance of NHs (more than 6000 kms.) and procurement of Contractor, Concessionaire and Consultant in two States i.e. Haryana and Punjab. He has attended many Technical Programs and Trainings in India and abroad, including SAARC Special Training Program- Transport Policy Course for the Infra Development in 2014 in South Korea organized by KOICA, Knowledge Co-creation Program (Group and Region Focus) in Expressway Construction, Management Operation/Maintenance at JICA Japan in 2016, Secure and Efficient Cross Border Transport Bangkok, Thailand in 2013, and Road safety and Road Safety Audit for Highway organized by Indian Academy of Highway Engineers in 2017.
Sh. Ashish Kumar Singh,

Sh. Ashish Kumar Singh has around 20 years of experience in Public Finance. He also possesses in depth experience relating to various infra project finance, New Chart of Accounts, Performance Review Management System and Electronic Revenue Accounting package etc. He started his career from September 2002 as Civil Servant in (2002 Batch). Over the last 20 years, he has been in asset management of finance sector including Roads, Buildings, Budgeting Expenditure Monitoring, Technical Issues etc. At present, he is holding the post of CGM (F) in NHAI as well as Director in NHIPMPL. Ashish Kumar Singh is an ICAS, 2002 (IAS Examination 2001) Batch graduate in Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Lucknow University of History, Political Science, and Anthropology. MBA in Finance from National Institute of Finance Management, Faridabad and Post graduate Diploma in year 2007-08 in Development Studies from “Institute of Developing Economies Advance School”, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Chiba, Japan. He has served as CAO in Uttar Pradesh Rakiya Nirman Nigam (UPRNN), as Deputy CGA in Ministry of Finance, CA/CCA in CBDT, Petroleum Chemical Fertilizer, National Pharmaceutical in Govt. of India before join as CGM (F), NHAI in November 2022.
Sri Pradeep Srivastava ,
(Head – Toll Operations)
Sh. Pradeep Kumar Srivastava is the Head - Toll operations at National Highway InvIT Project Managers Private Limited. He has more than 35 years of experience in development and maintenance of Highways infrastructure at different post in National Authority of Highways and construction of Major Bridges in UP State Bridge Corporation . Operationlised more than 10 Toll plaza. He has attended many technical program including Road Safety. He has monitored construction of more than 600 km Four lane including Expressways in UPEIDA including Land Acquistion. He held leadership role of Road Safety Officer in UP East NHAI.
He has expertise in construction of Four Lane, Contract Management, Land Acquistion, Toll Management and Legal matters.
Shri A. Venkateswara Rao,
(Head – Technical and Commercial & Contracts Management)
Sri A. Venkateswara Rao is the Head Technical, Commercial and Contracts Management at National Highways InvIt Project Managers Private Limited.
He is a graduate in Civil Engineering and Master's in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from Andhra University. He is retired as Chief Engineer (R&B) Govt. of Telangana. He has been associated with various Highways, Bridges, and Railway Over Bridges construction works in various Infrastructure organizations. He has 36 years of Experience in the Highways sector.
He has held various key positions in the Roads and Buildings Department, Govt. of Telangana, NHAI, M/oRT&H funded projects on National Highways. He has completed many Four- lane projects and Six- lane projects right from DPR to completion in various types of contract modes like EPC mode, BOT (Toll), BOT (Annuity), Hybrid mode, and FIDIC-based contracts.
He has experience in Maintenance and Tolling operations. He is instrumental in the Restoration of the beached portion of the highway due to floods across River Tungabadhra, near Kurnool town on NH44 and also at Manubole on NH16 near Nellore for which he has got an appreciation letter from Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
Sh. Bandu Suresh Londhe,

Sh. Bandu Suresh Londhe is the experienced Head System (ATMS & TMS) of National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Limited has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Technology and Diploma (3 Year) in Industrial Electronic with a completion of training in Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification (ITIL V 3), Windows Server Administration, RDBMS etc.
With an impressive track record of 23+ years in IT & ITS industries in different domain which include starting from ground Level to planning, Design, Development, Implementation, contract management, Quality & standard, Resource Planning, Product life cycle management, relationship management, operation and maintenance of ITS System and other IT infrastructure. Also having decent experience in Toll Management System, Highway Traffic Management System /Advance Traffic management System & Information technology He has worked with companies like Nippon Koei India Private Limited, Vara Infrovate Private Limited, Elsamex Maintenance Services Private Limited (IL&FS), Vaan Infra Private Limited, Simplex Infrastructure Limited & Bharat Road Nigam Private Limited, Omya India Private Limited, Ideal Road Builder Private Limited & Larsen & Toubro Cement Works Limited. During the tenure with above organisation, he has worked PAN India with clients across multiple geographies covering and visited abord for the IT seminar in countries like Korea, Thailand, Malaysia & Switzerland.
Sh. Saurabh Vijay,

Sh. Saurabh Vijay is the Manager- (Secretarial & Legal) and Company Secretary of the National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Limited. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Commerce. He has 8 years of experience in Secretarial and Legal Matters.
He has previously been associated with Saurabh Vijay & Associates, Jaipuria Silk Mills Private Limited and Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI, New Delhi.
