Sh. Akhil Khare has more than 35 years of experience in development and maintenance of Highways Infrastructure at different position in Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). He was holding the charge of Chief General Manager in NHAI and Chief Engineer in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, before taking over the charge of CEO in the NHIPMPL. He worked as the Head of Technical Division of NHAI and dealt with construction, operation and maintenance of NHs (more than 6000 kms.) and procurement of Contractor, Concessionaire and Consultant in two States i.e. Haryana and Punjab. He has attended many Technical Programs and Trainings in India and abroad, including SAARC Special Training Program- Transport Policy Course for the Infra Development in 2014 in South Korea organized by KOICA, Knowledge Co-creation Program (Group and Region Focus) in Expressway Construction, Management Operation/Maintenance at JICA Japan in 2016, Secure and Efficient Cross Border Transport Bangkok, Thailand in 2013, and Road safety and Road Safety Audit for Highway organized by Indian Academy of Highway Engineers in 2017.

Sh. Ashish Kumar Singh has around 20 years of experience in Public Finance. He also possesses in depth experience relating to various infra project finance, New Chart of Accounts, Performance Review Management System and Electronic Revenue Accounting package etc. He started his career from September 2002 as Civil Servant in (2002 Batch). Over the last 20 years, he has been in asset management of finance sector including Roads, Buildings, Budgeting Expenditure Monitoring, Technical Issues etc. At present, he is holding the post of CGM (F) in NHAI as well as Director in NHIPMPL. Ashish Kumar Singh is an ICAS, 2002 (IAS Examination 2001) Batch graduate in Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Lucknow University of History, Political Science, and Anthropology. MBA in Finance from National Institute of Finance Management, Faridabad and Post graduate Diploma in year 2007-08 in Development Studies from “Institute of Developing Economies Advance School”, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Chiba, Japan. He has served as CAO in Uttar Pradesh Rakiya Nirman Nigam (UPRNN), as Deputy CGA in Ministry of Finance, CA/CCA in CBDT, Petroleum Chemical Fertilizer, National Pharmaceutical in Govt. of India before join as CGM (F), NHAI in November 2022.
