The National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Limited, a company incorporated under Companies Act 2013, (A wholly owned entity of NHAI) for the implementation, development, maintenance, operation and management of the projects undertaken by the National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT). The Project Manager will keep offering its Experience, knowledge and expertise towards facilitating the operation, maintenance, implementation and management of the NHAI InvIT assets in accordance with the terms and condition of Project Implementation and Management Agreement and the SEBI InvIT regulation.
